Q: How do I begin?
A: It's best to have an initial discussion to determine the right approach. Please contact me in confidence
by phone or email without any obligation.
Q: Do I stay with my child/young person?
A: Sessions will be one-to one with your child/young person and a parent is required to stay in the building for the duration of the session. A comfortable reception area is available.
Q: How long does a counselling session last?
A: A counselling session lasts 50 minutes. However, some sessions may be shorter depending on individual
needs.
Q: Can I or my child/young person choose to stop?
A: It is really important that you or any child/young person consents to engage with counselling and can choose to stop, or end at any time.
Q: Do you work with families?
A: Currently I work one to one with children, young people and adults but can work with parents to support the
counselling process at home.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is required in advance by cash or bank transfer, details of which will be supplied.
